Beliefs

We think that our talents (both individual and collective) are our greatest wealth.  To know, recognise and develop them generates energy and a capacity to meet professional challenges.

We believe that looking for a meaning in one’s activity, team and organisation enables one to be efficient and to feel aligned between oneself and one’s environment.
We think that our action has to be built in service to people and organisations: it must be a win-win for both parties.
We think that building a solution with the customer is a source of success, be it in the case of individual coaching or the preparation of a seminar.  Richness and creativeness spring from interaction, making it possible to take into account the environment in which the solution will be implemented.
